Marinate 3 strips of cooked bacon in a mason jar of your favorite vodka up to 3 weeks, preferably in a dark place like a closet.After it's done sitting, add Vermouth and shake. You'll need to strain out any bacon fat.
Serve in a martini glass salted with www.baconsalt.com and/or garnish with cooked bacon. I'm not promising it's good, but it's fun to play around with this recipe.
I have a friend who marinates uncooked bacon in the vodka which I think is just wrong, but we're going to do a side by side experiment. Will post results!
