INGREDIENTS 1 pork tenderloin 1/3 cup soy sauce (light) 2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 cup sesame oil 1/3 cup brown sugar 5 garlic cloves, minced 1 TBSP dijon mustard 1 TBSP fresh ground pepper 1 TSP rice wine vinegar Juice from one lemon
1. Whisk together ingredients (except pork). 2. Marinate the pork in a shallow dish for several hours. For best results, butterfly the pork and coat all sides. 3. Grill over medium heat to let the brown sugar caramelize without burning until done.
